Management
Michael Fiske, President
Michael has been a Manufacturing Process Consultant, a Manufacturing Engineer for non-woven fabrics, and has 16 years experience in home building and residential renovation. He has a BS degree in Agricultural and Biological Engineering from Cornell. He served in the US Army.
Adriane Mosley, Office Manager
Adriane has been with Polyfab for 24 years. She is responsible for Purchasing, Shipping, Receiving, Account Receivable, Accounts Payable, and is part of the team effort scheduling production. She has been a high school math teacher, and has a Secondary Math Education degree from Boston University.
Steve Butler, Production Manager
Steve has been with Polyfab for over 40 years. He is a highly skilled craftsman who has developed the techniques for forming, bonding and machining which are the core of our business. He is well known to our customers as the go-to man who can help with all technical details. He earned an Engineering Degree from Wentworth Institute.
Ever DeLeon, Shop Foreman
Johnny has been with PolyFab for 19 years and during that time he has proven to be an invaluable member of our team. His skill in fabrication is matched only by his ability to coordinate and rally team members to deliver ever the most complex projects while keeping moral high. A people person at heart, Johnny’s incredibly technical and artistic capabilities are, amazingly, only his second most valuable asset to the company and our continued success in delivering your project on-time and on-spec.
Preston Fiske, Director
Preston’s career includes engineering, project management and general management in earthmoving and logging equipment, semiconductor test equipment, laboratory analytical instruments and wastewater treatment systems. He has BSME and MSME mechanical engineering degrees and holds a Ph.D. in Engineering from University of California, Davis. He served in the US Army in Vietnam.
